Do you sell authentic brands?

Yes. We have created partnerships with all the brands on our site to distribute authentic branded items in the United States. 

As part of our agreement with our partner brands, we may only ship to the continental United States. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico currently. We are not able to ship to Canada or anywhere outside of the United States.

 

PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and ShopPay.

 

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

We only ship to the continental United States. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico currently. We are not able to ship to Canada or anywhere outside of the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping to continental U.S. addresses is free. Our prices include standard shipping and handling costs.

When will I get my order? Will I receive tracking?

You will receive tracking information by email for all orders. The lead time from customer order to receiving shipping tracking number is about 3-5 business days.

Then the lead time from customer order to receiving the product is about 7-10 business days.

These are estimated leads times as each order is unique. Especially in our current environment, freight logistics are more complicated and the lead times are taking longer than ever. If you do not receive tracking info within five days, please email us at hello@maisonartisanale.com.

 

RETURNS

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return an item for any reason within 15 days of receiving your order. To return an item, please request a Return Authorization. We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization. 

All returns must be received by us, in original packaging, within 15 days of receiving your order. We will not accept a return outside 15 days of receipt the original order for any reason. We do not pay for return shipping. 

Once we receive your returned item in its original packaging, we will credit your form of payment for the entire order total minus any shipping costs.
